JOINING TINLIDS
Join an exciting and challenging industry. Work with leading retailers and manufacturers on photographic, catalogue, television and promotional assignments. Every parent thinks his or her child is special, and many dream of seeing their darlings beaming at them from an advertising billboard. Encouraged by family and friend’s who tell parents how cute their child is, they send photographs off to Agencies. “However it takes more than good look to make the grade,” Character, personality, appearance, grooming and the “something special” are among the characteristics that Tinlids looks for.
Whether it is smiling for a new lolly television commercial or modelling the newest fashion, the rewards for those chosen can be great. Being photographed for a retail catalogue or promotion earns $95.00 per hour, while a television commercial can be worth anything up to $6,000.00. The rate children earn varies from job to job and depends on the nature of the work. Tinlids is very selective as to who they accept to represent. If we feel your child would ascertain work, we would then discuss through an interview process, details relating to registration fees, payments, tax, commission and systems that would benefit your child with Tinlids. Children aged from newborn to 6 years are all welcome to submit photographs for agency perusal.
If your child is outgoing, loves to have fun with a desire to be involved in a photographic shoot, on a television commercial or is currently showing potential to be involved in the above, we would love to hear from you.
Please note : Tinlids Model Agency does not represent children if they are currently registered with another agency. Applying online is the easiest and most convenient way to send your child's photographs and details. (see agency application form section).

If posting you will be required to send :-
- 3-5 recent clear head shots and/or body shots
- Relevant details relating to your child's age, date of birth, height, clothing size, hobbies/skills, personality/temperament and contact information (address/telephone)
- Please make sure you live within easy traveling distance of Melbourne before applying.

Photos can be sent as hard copy, or on CD ROM. However you decide to send them, all postal applications should include a stamped addressed envelope for their return and our reply, together with a copy of our application form, which is shown below.
