Tinlids Model Agency was established by current owner Caroline Ceppi in 1994 which is based in Box Hill South – Melbourne Victoria. With over 16 years experience representing children to National and International clients, our professionalism has resulted in Tinlids having quality leadership in this industry built solidly on our detailed knowledge of every child we represent.

Tinlids places babies, children and teenagers in photographic, modelling, television, feature films, mini series, theatre, radio and cinema. Tinlids represents babies through to school age children (newborn to 6 years) covering various nationalities and abilities..

VICTORIAN CHILDREN'S AGENT'S ASSOCIATION
Tinlids is a member of the Victorian Children’s Agents’ Association (V.C.A.A.) which has a code of ethics and works to protect the interests of children and agents. In September 1985, the major Children's modelling and theatrical agencies in Melbourne formed the Victorian Children's Agents' Association, Inc. The V.C.A.A. was established for the broad purposes of providing a forum for discussion and resolution of problems common to the junior sector of the industry, to promote the welfare of children involved, to maintain high professional and ethical standards, to represent the interests of agencies and children in legislative, regulatory and Welfare Department matters and to maintain reasonable standards of pay and conditions.
V.C.A.A. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
- To foster a professional bond between the children's agents and to provide a forum for discussion on matters of common interest and concern to the industry.
- To promote and foster the welfare of children in the industry.
- To maintain high professional and ethical standards in the industry.
- To represent the interests of both agents and children, as appropriate in legislative, legal, regulatory and welfare matters.
- To recommend the maintenance of reasonable and equitable standards of pay and conditions in the industry.
- To do all such other things as are incidental to the attainment of the above objectives.
INCORPORATION
The Victorian Children's Agents' Association was incorporated in Melbourne, Victoria in September 1985. Registration No. A0005829H.
