Joining Fees
An interview will be scheduled during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm). Interviews take approximately 1 hour in duration and will conclude with the child receiving representation on the Tinlids Model Agency website and database site.
Our website is structured to give the best possible exposure under strict guidelines focusing on the website been used under the username and password system.
The scheduled fee to join and be represented by Tinlids for a period of 12 months is $300.00. This fee is due upon registering each child on acceptance at the initial interview.
Included in this fee is a photographic shoot with a Commercial photographer within a studio atmosphere that Tinlids schedules. This is to enable six (6) clear and efficient professional photographs to be uploaded on the website to give each child the exposure to this industry. Throughout the 12 month term, parents are required to update their child's profile and images as babies, infants and children can change in appearance very quickly. So, to enable our clientele to have the best possible tools to view the children, Tinlids prints off a booklet style format approximately 6 times per year to promote the children's updated appearance and current status.
Tinlids is very selective as to who they accept to represent. If we feel your child would ascertain works, we would then discuss through an interview process details relating to registration fees, payment, tax, commission and systems that would benefit your child with Tinlids.
Are there any other fees?
Updates to the child/model’s online ‘website’ portfolio are carried out regularly. These update photos can be either home snap shots that are clear and of good quality. If any additional professional photographs are required to be taken, due to the child’s appearance altering, a further photographic session can be organized at an additional fee of $50.00.
If you are sent a renewal letter when the period of representation is near to renew, the agency will offer continued agency representation at a reduced rate as your profile has already been set up by us. The renewal fee will be $150.00. An additional professional photo shoot may be organized for you at this time so we have new shots for the model/child's portfolio.
It is imperative that we have up to date pictures of your child at all times for our clients and it will be necessary to have these taken each year, or sooner if their looks should change considerably including teeth and hair.
Children can change in appearance and in their personality each year and Tinlids may choose to re-assess them before renewing their contract/application. We make sure your child is still keen to be involved in performance related work; and to assess their personality and development. This allows Tinlids to know you both personally when representing you to our clients which also saves us sending you to auditions/castings or bookings that are not suitable.
Babies and Under Two's
Because your baby’s looks will change so quickly from week to week we feel it necessary to update their webpage more often (every 8-12 weeks). It is recommended we use home photos/professional shots supplied by you at regular intervals of which you will have to play a proactive part. Up to date photos taken against a plain or colorful background can be uploaded onto the site easily and must be in a jpeg format.
