When will I hear if my child has been successful?
Once you have applied and clicked submit, a notification/page will be emailed and will display a note stating that your application has been successfully submitted. If this does not appear, then please assume that it has not been sent correctly, we haven't received it and therefore should be submitted again. Please do not call the agency to ask if we have received an application, as if we have received the application the confirmation page will appear after submission.
Tinlids will respond via an email of by post indicating the decision within 2 weeks of receiving your details. However, on occasion this may be delayed but we will do our best to get back to you as quickly as we can.
Tinlids considers many factors before accepting children onto the books as not all children are given representation.
We personally meet through an interview process and access, all the children (models and actors) that will be going on our books and ensure that all our children and babies are equally and fairly represented. We continue to work closely with parents and children at all times and submit only children who are right for all our Photographic and TV assignments.
IF MY CHILD IS SUCCESSFUL - What do I bring to the interview?
You are welcome to bring along any further images or documentation to add to your child's application process and web page.
It is advisable that all applicants attending an interview and on the assumption of acceptance to be represented by Tinlids, need to download and complete the Application for Child Employment Permit Form. The application form is required under the Legislation for The Employment of Children in Entertainment.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT OF CHILDREN
